A guide to Action Learning; learning to transform services Action learning is an approach based on a group of individuals sharing, reflecting and working together on real issues that are capable of having action taken on them. To support the themes of 'Co-production and co-development' (Putting People First) and linking to the SfC regional 'Leadership and management' strategy, an ambitious programme of action learning was commissioned over the last 24 months, which engaged over 140 managers across the five sub-regions in London.
